In the case of inclement weather, Party Booking Fees may be applied to a rescheduled party. Please call (410) 875 7951 to discuss rescheduling your party. If you think you may need to reschedule your party for another reason (such as a medical emergency), please call us (410) 875 7951 as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
Class and Workshop Registrations
Workshop, Event, and Class Registrations are non-refundable.
Can’t make it? We understand– life happens! While no refunds will be given at anytime, we will happily issue 100% walk-in studio credit or transfer you to a new class of the same value with more than 72 hours notice. If you provide 48-72 hours notice, we will issue 75% credit. With 24 to 48 hours notice, we will issue 50% credit. No calls, no shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not receive any credit. You must call at at (410) 875 7951 or email us at hi@MELTDOWNinMD.com to make your cancellation. Credit will be mailed by USPS.
You may also send a different attendee in your place at no additional charge! The registrant is responsible for informing Meltdown of any changes to attendees. Please call (410) 875 7951 with any questions or to change your attendee information.
All sales for any and all services and products made on www.MELTDOWNinMD.com are FINAL. No refunds will be given.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail, such as Gift Certificates, will not have tracking numbers.
For Gift Certificates, there is an additional $1.00 Shipping and Handling charge for mailed Gift Certificates.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Some items are not eligible for shipping.
